Made with pâte sablée shell using French Isigny grass-fed cultured butter and fresh egg yolks. Fill with custard made with Yuzu Co 100% cold-pressed yuzu juice and passion fruit puree on the top. The "donut" white chocolate mousse is made with organic heavy whipped cream and Valrhona white chocolate.
